Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make a purchase through MusicFirst. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card has on file for you.) Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon delivery of your order.
Company Checks, & Personal Checks
We accept payment via personal checks and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders will be processed upon receipt of a check. Please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for the funds to clear.
Returned checks will incur a $25 fee.
Refund Policy
The MusicFirst Academy offers a combination of free and paid courses. All paid MusicFirst Academy courses are provided as digital content with immediate and ongoing access upon purchase. As such, **all sales of paid MusicFirst Academy courses are final and non‑refundable**. By purchasing a paid MusicFirst Academy course, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving any right to a refund once access to the course content is provided.
Once access to a paid course has been granted, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued, including but not limited to situations involving partial course completion, non‑use, or inadvertent purchase. This refund policy applies exclusively to the MusicFirst Academy and supersedes any general refund or return policies applicable to other MusicFirst products or services.
Typographical Errors
We strive to ensure that all products are accurately priced. However, in the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price.
We may refuse or cancel such orders regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount of the incorrect price.
